Meet Cativa CBD Player Michael Thompson

In the world of golf, American player Michael Thompson is a rising star. So far, 2020 has been a spectacular year for the 35-year-old Arizona native. His work on the 2020 PGA Tour as it lumbers off to a delayed start is turning heads inside and outside of the sport. We’re proud to support this fine Cativa CBD athlete as he takes his golfing career to new heights!

Thompson’s Rise to Acclaim

Thompson is a University of Alabama graduate, and a current Georgia resident. Career highlights include his 2008 SEC Player of the Year amateur title, Rookie of the Year honors in 2010, his Honda Classic win in 2013, and winning the 3M Open by two strokes over Adam Long to earn his second PGA TOUR title. See his emotional post-Open interview here.

A 10-year Tour career has lent Thompson a gravitas to his swing and his presence on every green. In the last couple of years, he has been driven by a renewed focus that includes work with swing instructor Kyle Morris of The Golf Room in Columbus, Ohio, and a new nutrition and fitness plan. Now, he can look forward to a number of upcoming major championships, including September’s U.S. Open and the playoffs.
